Booking Policy
Cancellations & no-shows
Please cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a $20 fee.
To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation or call your shop before the 2-hour deadline.

In-person barber course deposit
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place. If you cancel or do not attend, the deposit is forfeited, subject to any rights required by applicable law. The course is $300 CAD total before applicable taxes; the remaining $150 plus applicable taxes is payable separately. This applies only to the in-person Beginner Barber Training Program, not the online LearnWorlds course. See Barber Courses.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. We recommend booking online to avoid disappointment.
