Terms of Service

Custom Cutz Barbershop provides barbering services, men's hair unit services and barber education from our shops in Pickering and Whitby, Ontario. Prices on this website are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes, and reflect each shop's current booking menu; the price confirmed at booking applies.

Where a price depends on your specific needs — for example custom hair unit work — we will discuss the total quote, including any applicable taxes and fees, with you before you commit. Kids' services are available; a parent or guardian handles booking and consent for children.

Please cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a $20 fee.

You can cancel or reschedule through your booking confirmation or by calling the shop before the deadline. Full details are on our Booking Policy page.

In-person Beginner Barber Training Program: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place. If you cancel or do not attend, the deposit is forfeited, subject to any rights required by applicable law. See the Booking Policy.

For a hair unit or any other custom order, please obtain and review the written price, scope and any applicable deposit, cancellation and refund terms for that purchase. Contact the shop with any questions before you pay.

The online course is sold through LearnWorlds; the purchase terms shown at its checkout apply to that purchase and should be reviewed there. Nothing on this page removes or limits your statutory consumer rights under Ontario or Canadian law.

Online booking is provided by Setmore, the online course by LearnWorlds, and the book is sold on Amazon. These external services have their own terms and privacy policies. Using them does not change Custom Cutz's own obligations to you for the services we provide.

Please use this website respectfully and lawfully. Content on this site — including photos, artwork and text — is owned by or licensed to Custom Cutz and may not be copied or reused without permission.

If something isn't right with a service, contact the shop directly first — by phone or at customcutzbarbershop@gmail.com — and we will work with you to resolve it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
