Installation Service

Application, cut and blend for a separately supplied unit. Not charged on top of the $499 package.

Maintenance / Reinstall

For later maintenance or reinstallation. Includes removal, cleaning and reattachment.

    We measure and template your head for the right size and hairline.

    We match colour, density and texture to your own hair.

  4. Stock selection or order

    We choose a suitable stock unit or order one for you.

  5. Installation, cut & blend

    Your unit is applied, then cut and blended into your hair.

  6. Aftercare

    We show you how to care for it and recommend a maintenance schedule.

Results, lifespan and maintenance needs depend on the unit chosen and how it's cared for.

Textured or straight — what's the difference?+

We offer both. Textured units suit curly, coily and afro-textured hair; straight units suit straighter hair. Your consultation helps decide which is right for you.

How long does a hair unit last?+

It depends on the unit, how often it's worn and how it's cared for. We'll give you a realistic idea for your unit at the consultation.

What's included in maintenance?+

Maintenance / reinstall ($150) is for later visits after your first installation and includes removal, cleaning and reattachment.

Does the $499 include installation?+

Yes. Hair Unit + Fitting from $499 includes the unit, your fitting and your first installation. Later maintenance or reinstallation is $150 and includes removal, cleaning and reattachment.
